Founded by renowned makeup artist Vincent JR Kehoe, the Research Council of Makeup Artists (RCMA) was established to advance the art of professional makeup in the film, television, and theater industries. To that end, Kehoe developed and designed Color Process Foundation, a special formula for professional makeup artists that is still considered the preferred choice among professionals today.
